By accessing or using the Nomad Cruise Program Planner ("Service," "Application," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Nomad Cruise Program Planner is a calendar management tool that allows you to:

• Browse and search Nomad Cruise event schedules
• Select and save events to your personal calendar
• Export event selections as ICS calendar files
• Sync selected events with Google Calendar (optional)
• View events in multiple timezones including ship time

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts and Tokens

3.1 Calendar Token

When you use our Service, we automatically generate a unique calendar token (ID) to save your event selections. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your calendar token safe and secure
• Not sharing your token with unauthorized parties
• Understanding that anyone with your token can view and modify your selections

3.2 Google Calendar Integration

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar:

• You authorize us to create and manage calendar events on your behalf
• You can disconnect at any time through the application or Google Account settings
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
• We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your Google account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without explicit permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

• Collect or harvest information about other users

5. Event Information

5.1 Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date event information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any event details, including:

• Event times, locations, or descriptions
• Host or speaker information
• Event cancellations or changes

You are responsible for verifying event details before attending. Official Nomad Cruise communications should be considered the authoritative source.

5.2 Event Changes

Event schedules, times, and locations are subject to change without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to update the calendar when changes occur, but we cannot guarantee real-time updates.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nomad Cruise and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to your event selections and calendar data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide the Service to you.

"Nomad Cruise" and associated logos are trademarks of Nomad Cruise. You may not use these trademarks without prior written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOMAD CRUISE PROGRAM PLANNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed $100 USD.

• Extended periods of inactivity

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• We may delete your calendar token and event selections
• We will revoke Google Calendar access (if connected)
• Provisions of these Terms that should survive will remain in effect

12. Geographic Restrictions

The Service is provided from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in all locations.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. We will indicate the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.

Material changes will be communicated through:

• A prominent notice in the application
• Email notification (if you're a Google Calendar connected user)

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through:
